River Watch is a private gated deed restricted community within the master community of the
Riverglen Homeowners’ Association in Riverview, Florida. The community is home to 263
residences and serenity prevails throughout the tree lined streets of River Watch. The Board of
Directors of River Watch consists of five of your neighbors who generously donate their time to
tend to the needs of River Watch. The Board of Directors meets on the third Wednesday of
each month.*  McNeil Management Services is the management company for River Watch and
may be reached at 813-571-7100.  

As a resident of River Watch, you are a member of the association and therefore must adhere
to the deed restrictions and documents that guide the association. All of the documents are
located on this website. Residents are urged to read all of the documents, particularly if
residents want to perform renovations or changes to their property. All renovations and
changes must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) which meets on the
third Tuesday of each month.*  Residents must submit applications to the ACC for any
alteration, or renovation they would like to perform at their property. The application forms
and explanations can be found on this website. ACC requests should be submitted no later
than the Friday before the ACC meeting. Residents who do not file ACC requests/applications
may face the possibility that the property will need to be returned to its former state which will
be the responsibility of the homeowner. All meetings and important notices are posted on the
message board at the exit to River Watch as well as the website.

Your participation as a member of the River Watch community is essential. There is always a
need for volunteers on the various committees and it’s a great way to meet your neighbors!

Meetings or Committee Meetings. Your attendance is truly encouraged!
