Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

The ACC form is available on the Documents Web page. Please submit ACC requests to McNeil
Management Services by the Friday before the next ACC meeting. ACC meetings will be held on
the third Tuesday of the month, unless otherwise noted.

* The time and location will be posted at the gate and on the website no less than 48 hours before the meeting. Please insure that all needed documentation must be submitted with the ACC application to be considered.

COVID Update

Due to Covid 19, ACC meetings will be held via zoom. Directions for attending the
meetings are on this web site and posted at the exit gate. All residents are invited to
attend ACC meetings.
