In addition to the restrictions listed in Section 21 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Easements of River Watch, the following restrictions apply to all vehicles that are parked in River Watch: (The term “Vehicle” includes, but is not limited to: any automobile, truck, van, motorcycle, boat, trailer, bus, RV, Jet Ski, lawn tractor, etc.) No vehicle shall be parked (partially or completely) on any grass or landscape area. Vehicles shall be parked only on hard surfaces specifically designed and constructed for that purpose.

The roads within River Watch are private (Article VI section 21).  No overnight parking. Vehicles parked overnight will be subject to towing.
