Recently, the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) has recommended a few new house paint combinations to be added to the River Watch paint palette. Those will be officially voted into the palette in June. As a reminder, it is important to follow the paint palette color combinations, as located in the homeowner portal as well as the riverwatchhoa.com website. You are also allowed to re-paint your home its existing color palette. Please note that with both situations, you must complete and submit an ACC form to review and approval.
